• Manager all restaurant operation and control its food and service quality

• Drive sales and service, to maximize the profitability to meet the company sales targets

• Train and motivate staff, meet and exceed standards

• Develop client regular client base

 

EXPERIENCE

• Proven track records in food & beverage / catering operations in well known restaurants or hotels.

• Experience in managing F & B operations will be an advantage

• A self driven leader with effective motivational skills and team building skills

• Strong business acumen and possess in-depth knowledge in market trends

• Fluent in English is essential.

• Applicants with lesser experience will be consider as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
